As the gaza conflict winds down, thoughts now turn to how to rebuild the city and get it back on its feet and profitable again. The gaza strip looks like a paradise waiting to be rebuilt. It has 25 miles of beach front and abounds with great soil just waiting for a modern city similar to new york to be built on its lofty shores....Just much much bigger. I think the area if rebuilt correctly could house upwards of 250 000 000 to 500 000 000 million residents and in all fairness could serve as a capital city of a mighty empire..... Gaza if rebuilt correctly has the potential to be a city with no rivals. A city like nothing that has ever been built before. A city that not only designs luxury, refinement, and sophistication, but sets the view of what is luxury, refinement and sophistication, now and into the future forwhence forever. natural advantages gaza most obvious advantage is of course its oceanic proximately, but this strip is place where it is as if via heavenly intervention as a crossroads city. if you go north you get to europe, west to the east and china, and south and west to africa. Gaza has the best of all worlds, and I see it as having all the qualities, that is natural qualities for being a great city from which all of mankinds races and religions can live and work and play side by side and in harmony. the task Of course a work of this kind would not be easy, however the benefits and not just the monetary benefits and wealth generation and extreme luxury that this city could bring and establish in that part of the world, once built we could even expand from that great city spreading out in either direction with the estates system, ensuring that luxury and prosperity gets to the country side and creating a melting pot of diversity and humanity, destined to create a new form of man and mankind, capable of any sort of activity whether on earth or out in the universe the next frontier to be conquered and influenced via mankind once of course after we reestablish the city. I believe gaza can be a starting point for the collective working together of all mankind (here including womenkind) on a common objective to start the process of lifting up all of us to a level of dignity and prosperity that has not yet been seen, possibly in all of the years of humankind. I really think that gaza can be a turning point, or a starting point to turning all races of mankind to common objectives and activities that benefit all and not some of humanities diverse folks. And its clean up and restoration is a opportunity to show the very best of mankind and his abilities and use of mans talents for the betterment of mankind, all of mankind, now and into the future. 1st up a world capital with a world income since the city is to serve as a world capital, we should show our intention via the creation of the one world monetary system.
